Worldwide delivery 

All our products are handcrafted in Colombia. We pay the greatest attention to their quality. The deadlines take into account the manufacturing time and the transport time from Colombia to your home. This period may vary by a few days. We keep you informed of each stage of your order: start-up, shipment to your home. You will receive a tracking number.

For hammocks the delivery time is approximately 20 days, for other items it is 15 to 20 days. Some items may be available for direct delivery within 48 hours depending on the stock, you can contact us:

Delivery in France: UMAKII items are delivered by Mondial Relay, if you want another delivery method, please let us know when ordering (Colissimo, Relais Colis).
Delivery in the European Union: the delivery of UMAKII articles is carried out by COLISSIMO.
Delivery outside the European Union: delivery of UMAKII items is carried out by DHL, FEDEX or UPS.
Delivery in Colombia: the delivery of UMAKII articles is carried out by SERVIENTREGA.

14 day money back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your product upon receipt, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return it.
Only products returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale, will be accepted.
The product must be packed securely for transport.
For management reasons, returns will not be accepted without the return code provided by Umakii. Contact us by email at: contact@umakii.com to receive the address for the return.
We will refund 100% of your money (excluding return shipping costs) once we receive your package and verify the perfect condition of the product.
